Steven Clift did a nice job of crowdsourcing some great e-democracy examples for a talk he recently gave. You can see the whole presentation here. Or look at the attached pdf which just shows all the examples that members of a mailer sent into him. It really shows there is lots of creativity and uptake out there even if what we are looking at currently is just the early adopters!
