Transparent Processes - Seoul Leads the Way

I have heard people talking about how the City of Seoul used transparency to tackle the problem of corruption, but thanks to Steven Clift I finally came across the URL Its a great story about taking lots of processes and enabling them all to be done electronically and fully out in the open - so when your application goes in, you (and everyone else) can see where it is in the process and which official is currently looking at. Applications that shoot through the processes much faster than anyone else's or applications that never seem to get anywhere become hard to hide. Great to see someone has actually done this.
