Koln's Successful Participatory Budget Experiment
My colleague Willi shared with me a great presentation about Koln's interesting experiment in participatory budgeting and since I know many of you are interested in this topic I thought I would share it more widely. I hope you enjoy it!

The Participatory Budget project in the city of Cologne is one of the recent hallmarks of Web 2.0 in Public Sector Germany. It has been awarded several times. In partciular it has won the national eGovernment award in Germany (Sponsorship from the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Bearingpoint and Cisco).
