As you may have picked up, Cisco's IBSG team is very much involved in the Public Services Summit that Cisco co-hosts with the City of Stockholm each year. The event kicks off this evening and we are hoping to give it a real Web 2.0 feel by encouraging delegates to blog, twitter and flickr with the results of this activity captured on http://www.cisco08.com/. It will be interesting to see how delegates respond to this - hopefully the site will be pretty lively during the 3 or 4 days of the event and some of the discussion will then migrate to this site. After the event, we will post a lot of the presentations and other material on the more conventional event site which is at http://cisco.com/web/learning/le21/le34/nobel/2008/index.html.

Hi! I've just arrived to Stockholm.

Have you thought about a Twitter hash code? Something like #pss2008 or #pss-nobel would enable us all to tune into the same channel. In the same way, a Flickr group would be useful to add all photos to the same pool.

Just realised that #cisco08 is already in use!

Setting up a photo group at Flickr here:

Anyone can add your photos to this group's pool.

It doesn't need much admin, but I can obviously hand over the admin of the group to someone involved in organising the summit.
